Stellar Performance: DOW & US Dollar CCY

The stellar performance of the #Dow Jones & #USDollar have been reaffirmed with last Friday's Non-Farm payrolls number bolstering market participants with over 321K; with a total of 2.65 million jobs over the last 11 months, which surpasses the 2.33 million created from the previous year in 2013. This has been the a 10th consecutive home run on the Jobs field; so to speak for the US economy. Giving a green light for the Fed to hike rates at mid-2015.

Although, market driven by fundamental drivers is not new, since the past few months the market has been surrounded and is still is with other geopolitical uncertainty in the European continent where Russian related conflicts still tops the list. While Asia is dominantly seeing the USDJPY surged to as high as 121.68 to this writing and analyst are now more convinced that this rally is not over.

Price Action Signals Dow & USD Ready for Next Leg (Special Report

With reference to our previous market analysis and observation, the Dow and the USD has been the Primary Drivers of this market. having accumulated an increase in volume, a wider shift of investors interest flight to quality, and on top of the overall positive figures of growth has been the ideal catalyst for a renewed directional trend for the USD for starters. With a simple exception of the recent figures on the Jobs data have obviously been brushed aside by disbelief from the market place.

Market Insight: DOW vs. USD - Primary Drivers

The Dow Jones Industrial (DJI) and S&P500 market ability to swing back higher on the second wave after their respective decline shows the investor's resilience and market sentiments to take back their lead with this current rally.

The 16500 handle was a crucial level, that even touched a 16333 low which kept most investors on the sideline after profit taking. Likewise have created doubts of a continuing decline due to a lot of surrounding factors that created a dark cloud of uncertainty in the market place. While current levels are now above the 17000 and the 2000k respective handles for the DOW and the S&P; have encouraged bull players to come to life again contrary to the some analyst still calling a major drop for the stock  market soon. Click here.

USD & DOW rally side-by-side

NOT JUST FOREX: With a more positive reports from US Consumer confidence & New Home Sales have driven the USD higher with the DXY having reached an intra-day high @80.39 to this writing. This also fueled the DOW Jones stocks nearing the 17000 and the S&P within striking distance on our bench mark levels at the 2000 mark.

Certain market conditions are still present boosting this rally with a price comparison moving in tandem every time a USD recovery is being made. And it has been quite sometime since these movements have occurred similar to the DOW JONES run along side the USD from the year1996 - 2000. Updates on the current portfolio and list of stocks being monitored.

Not Just Forex: DOW & S&P - Huffing & Puffing!

DIVERSIFIED PORTFOLIO Management

While the markets awaiting ECB's actions or non-activity and the NFP numbers; the record breaking highs of the S&P have been more important for our out look nearing the 2000 mark levels ever since making a judgement call along with the DJIA above the 16500 has retained its positive breath sentiments contrary to some corrective movements on the way higher.

This will be sustained for now until such time a major contraction would emerge for the US economy. Likewise, it has been sometime that the ISM figures have been showing its growth pace with an ever sluggish jobs growth and leads the US economy huffing & puffing moving forward.

Our most recent call and portfolio diversified into a few sectors have been more along with taking the ride on with the DJIA strength and a timid, yet stable price recovery of the US Dollar (DXY) from its pivotal turning point @78.80/90 on the way higher. Keeping pace with the ProShares Ultra Dow30 (DDM) and SPDR (DIA) have been moving higher with a few bumps has been a near-term beneficiary of this rally as long as there won't be any serious hiccups on either side of the continents.

US Stocks Cruises Higher vs. USD Slide

NOT JUST FOREX:  Wall Street is riding high with the US DJIA continued its advance @16,698.74 with a valid 52 week high week range @16,735.35; contrary to the few times that it declined. And now, everyone is paying attention & are set on the ECB report. however, being the last trading day for the month of May '2014; do expect some normal corrective moves.

By 'Tracking & Trend-following'  the main DJIA with the SPDR DIA is @166.78 (+0.42%) rise, likewise registered a 52 week range between a 145.17 Low and a 167.29 high would provide a better perspective on how correlations do affect price action activity. And comparing it with the Pro Shares Ultra DOW30 (DDM) which is @117.75 (+0.93%) has a 52 week range level set between 87.98 low vs. a 117.96 registered high.

For now this rally can only get better with some of MegaTrade101 prominent client investors were fortunate enough to ride well contrary to the previous mid-rise & decline of volatility seen in the market. Asian Main Street Investors with access to primary and secondary markets couldn't be more glad to have these information available to them and likewise be validated from Wall Street market movements.
